Flame: As you can see, this VIP required 1 + 1/3 of parking lot for parking. It is either because the owner's size is too big, or the passenger at the back is a fat ass.

if they caught someone parking the car improperly,what punishment action will they have?
If you report such improper parking to either URA or HDB Car Park Enforcement, they can issue them summon for parking improperly like in this case: Parking over two lots at the same time.

Is a clear snapshot of a car in default of any URA/HDB parking regulations enough for URA/HDB to issue a summon? Allowing this would make enforcement so much more efficient. Almost like empowering citizen's arrest. Perhaps URA/HDB can comment on this
