Problem is: HDB Car Park Enforcement would require the witness to testify in court against the culprit. Most witnesses dare not do it.

To Subutex

Look like the law is an idiot too. See how difficult it is even for a civic-minded citizen to help out!!!

To the side of car SGM7802E are obviously 2 very empty lots...lots which a wheelchair user cannot park his car without the risk of being blocked out when he returns later.

If HDB cannot do its job then we need volunteers to scratch ..er I mean, remind such idiots to use his blain, if he has any.

To Subutex: Yup. The parking warden needs some time to respond to calls of such illegal parking. Sometimes the idiot may have left the lot by the time the warden reaches the place.

I know of a group of drivers are prepared to put a hex on drivers who abuse parking lots reserved for the disabled. The 'hex' is actually to help such errant drivers 'get' disabled through, say, an accident, so that they will qualify to become 'legal' users of disabled lots.

Excellent idea: Put a hex on drivers who abuse parking lots reserved for the disabled. The 'hex' is actually to help such errant drivers 'get' disabled through, say, an accident, so that they will qualify to become 'legal' users of disabled lots.
