Ansn: I suspect that these two car owners might be friends or relatives as I have seen them parking like this at the exact same parking lots before. They parked their two cars over three parking lots. They should park properly!

I reckon it's because the black honda anyhow park that caused the mazda to park out of its lot. I'm new to this blog .... have the authorities taken action against any of these delinquent parkers profiled here?
The authorities will take action if people complain against the vehicles parked by the errant drivers. But parking wardens are primarily concerned with wither a vehicle has displayed either enough parking coupons or a valid season parking ticket.
if the black mazda park anyhow, he can at least properly park at the extreme most right slot yeah? this is a case of monkey see monkey do.

These 2 drivers appear to be either friends or relatives as they have been caught parking in exactly the same manner before. They probably agreed to occupy three lots with their two cars.
