when was the last time this car was in this site? and which carpark?
is the parking improved? i mean less invading itno the next lot.
some owners are just CNC (Could-Not-Care) type. they are possibily "BOchap" too.
unless some sensible fellow in next car can open its door to give a good peck-kiss on this car's door. they may not leanr their lesson.
