TL: This selfish driver thinks his car is too big for normal lots and has decided to park on three lots. I think he should go back to his driving instructor and learn how to park within one parking lot.

This is totally selfish driver - no single reason can justify the way the driver parked.
Its difficult to believe such driver existed. This is the worst kind of bad parking i had ever seen , blocking 1 lot is bad, but 2 lots being closed is totally unacceptable.

Please monitor this joker again,. If driver still parks like this, do disply the parking label.
hopefully driver will learn his lesson, or someone kind soul cna make him learn fast!!
