AE: This car was spotted parking right at the entrance of a multi-storey carpark, blocking everyone who needed to enter the multi-storey car park. There was a "NO PARKING" sign on the floor, and there were many available parking lots within meters from it. Just appalled to see how some drivers can be so inconsiderate just to get that little convenience.
