motorcyclists to go to the higher floors. Apparently it pissed them

Well, this car owner needs some lashing on his / her butt...
Very inconsiderate person. pls call the HDB hotline.so they will send wardens there. sent this photo preferably with date time on. thne call HDB.
if this is a resident, thne it a matter of time owner will be nailed with a fine.
